An unusual memento of a Christening, Baptism, Confirmation or first Communion, the handmade personalised Christening bird box is a fabulous gift that will enchant and delight.
It can be personalised to carry up to 4 names, whether for one person or in the case of a multiple christening, for additional people. Each name can have a maximum of 15 characters. The Christening bird box can also have the date on a plaque above the door.
Painted in Grace White with the door and plaque in French Grey, the roof and cross can be painted in a variety of colours and the flower colour around the door can be either the same colour or another choice. Please see the image colour chart to view the colours that we have available.
Whatever the colour choice it will make a beautiful addition to any garden.

The roof lifts off for easy cleaning, the box comes with full mounting and care instructions (we even include the screws) and it is a usable bird box suitable for birds like great tits and blue tits.
Size:
The Christening bird box measures approximately 37cm (h) x 14cm (d) x 15cm (w).
All our items are individually handcrafted to order by us in the UK and each one takes time to produce. But this does mean that you get a beautiful item handmade especially for you!
If you have missed our order deadline for your chosen occasion there are three options so you have something to give on the day:
If you want to give a specific item, you can download a pdf voucher card, for which there is no charge, to print at home. The link for the download is HERE (opens in a new window or automatically downloads, depending on your system). It's also on the Gift Voucher Card tab on each product page.
Or you can choose the postal voucher by selecting ''with postal voucher" from the voucher options on the individual product pages. We will post the voucher card to you within 3 working days. There is a £2 charge for the postal gift voucher service (to cover printing and postage).
In both instances will forward the gift (either to you or direct to your chosen recipient) once it has been made.
Or you can purchase online gift cards (here), which are available in several denominations and you can email to your chosen person or print off and give to them direct so they can choose their own gift;
Been given a voucher?
If you've been given one of our voucher cards as a gift then well done, you can choose a gift for yourself! A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
Here are the instructions for using your voucher - it's a simple 123 process:
- Choose your product and add it to the basket in the usual way.
- Proceed through to the checkout, entering your billing and/or delivery details when prompted.
- Redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then click Complete Order. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then please choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
