How to Order
Important Note During Covid-19 Pandemic: Simon and Helen work in two isolated workshops based in a village location. No one outside of our household has access to the workshops so our products are handcrafted in as safe an environment as is possible. Each customer order is cleaned with an anti-viral product before being packed. Our deliveries are socially distanced collected from a separate dispatch area by our courier company who also practice social distancing deliveries to our customers. Please also note that we are only accepting UK orders at this time as we are unable to guarantee that international orders can be delivered but please be aware that at times deliveries may take a little longer than usual due to unforeseen issues related to the pandemic.
Finally, we are enormously grateful to you all for supporting us during these times. Our family hopes that your family keeps safe and well. We send you our best wishes. Oh, and remember to keep up the hand-washing!

Online. This is the easiest and most reliable way to order. You can place your order and then pay buy debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Please note that at no point during the online transaction do we have access to your card details so it is safe and secure to order from us.
By post. You can place your order and then choose the 'cheque' option. The cheque should have your order number written on the back and be made payable to ‘Lindleywood’ please. Your payment should then be sent to:

We will not send any goods until we have the funds have cleared in our account.
By Phone: If neither of the above options are possible, we are able to accept orders for products by phone. Call us on 01476 560707 and we will process your order through our website for you. If there is no answer, please leave us a message and your contact number and we will phone you back (we don’t always hear the phone in the workshop and can’t always answer if driving etc).
