Please email us if you wish to order a gift voucher under £30 and we will open the purchasing ability for you. Please see below for reasoning:
We are sorry that our gift vouchers under £30 are unavailable for immediate purchase for a few weeks. This is because in August 2025 the lower value vouchers have been targeted by fraudsters using stolen cards and giving a fake address (they all use different names but the same non-existant address!) Although we have been able to prevent them downloading the vouchers, it costs us every time this happens as we have to pay a cancellation fee to our payment provider. Luckily the fraudsters only target the vouchers as all the rest of our products are handmade to order.
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Lindleywood gift voucher. We have vouchers from £10 to £100, so you can either buy one big voucher, or have family members or friends each buy a lower value one to pool together for our boxes.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
All our items are individually handcrafted to order by us in the UK and each one takes time to produce. But this does mean that you get a beautiful item handmade especially for you!
If you have missed our order deadline for your chosen occasion there are three options so you have something to give on the day:
If you want to give a specific item, you can download a pdf voucher card, for which there is no charge, to print at home. The link for the download is HERE (opens in a new window or automatically downloads, depending on your system). It's also on the Gift Voucher Card tab on each product page.
Or you can choose the postal voucher by selecting ''with postal voucher" from the voucher options on the individual product pages. We will post the voucher card to you within 3 working days. There is a £2 charge for the postal gift voucher service (to cover printing and postage) but please be aware that in some areas Royal Mail deliveries can be a little erratic!
In both instances will forward the gift (either to you or direct to your chosen recipient) once it has been made.
Or you can purchase online gift cards (here), which are available in several denominations and you can email to your chosen person or print off and give to them direct so they can choose their own gift;
Been given a voucher?
If you've been given one of our voucher cards as a gift then well done, you can choose a gift for yourself! A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
Here are the instructions for using your voucher - it's a simple 123 process:
- Choose your product and add it to the basket in the usual way.
- Proceed through to the checkout, entering your billing and/or delivery details when prompted.
- Redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then click Complete Order. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then please choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
