Our Ice Cream Van bird box makes a unique personalised addition to the garden and is perfect for ice cream sellers and ice cream eaters everywhere!
It will make a fabulous personalised gift for a birthday, retirement, thank you, and many other special occasions. Ideal for Husband, Dad, Mum, Grandad or a good friend, the Ice Cream Van bird box will be the talking point of the garden. For the person who has everything and loves ice cream, this could be the perfect present.
Originally created as a gift for some ice cream sellers on the Isle of Wight who have Whitby Morrison ice cream cans, it had so many positive comments when they shared it on their social media that we decided to offer it to everyone. It’s available in a variety of colours for the main van, with a contrast colour for the details - please see our colour chart. A number plate can be personalised with up to 12 characters, the van name personalised with a further 20 characters, and an optional message plaque can be added to the sides with an additional 25 characters, making the box even more special. And we can also create a more bespoke option to represent a specific vehicle. Please email us for this option prior to ordering as some designs might incur an additional charge.

The roof lifts off for easy cleaning, the box comes with full mounting and care instructions (we even include the screws) and it is a usable bird box suitable for birds like great tits and blue tits.

This ice cream van bird box measures approximately 33cm (h) x 18cm (d) x 14 cm (w).
All our items are individually handcrafted to order by us in the UK and each one takes time to produce. But this does mean that you get a beautiful item handmade especially for you!
If you have missed our order deadline for your chosen occasion there are three options so you have something to give on the day:
If you want to give a specific item, you can download a pdf voucher card, for which there is no charge, to print at home. The link for the download is HERE (opens in a new window or automatically downloads, depending on your system). It's also on the Gift Voucher Card tab on each product page.
Or you can choose the postal voucher by selecting ''with postal voucher" from the voucher options on the individual product pages. We will post the voucher card to you within 3 working days. There is a £2 charge for the postal gift voucher service (to cover printing and postage) but please be aware that in some areas Royal Mail deliveries can be a little erratic!
In both instances will forward the gift (either to you or direct to your chosen recipient) once it has been made.
Or you can purchase online gift cards (here), which are available in several denominations and you can email to your chosen person or print off and give to them direct so they can choose their own gift;
Been given a voucher?
If you've been given one of our voucher cards as a gift then well done, you can choose a gift for yourself! A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
Here are the instructions for using your voucher - it's a simple 123 process:
- Choose your product and add it to the basket in the usual way.
- Proceed through to the checkout, entering your billing and/or delivery details when prompted.
- Redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then click Complete Order. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then please choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
